Service request terms
These operational terms govern the request stage. Product-specific terms appear in the quotation.
Operator
MBC Consulting & Services S.r.l. operates the service. Fashion From Italy™ is a brand, not a separate entity.
Nature of request
A request is not an order, reservation or guarantee of finding, purchase, payment or delivery.
Assessment and search
The company may ask for clarification, accept, decline, suspend or close a request.
Proposal and acceptance
The proposal identifies the candidate, costs, validity, inspection scope, shipping, estimated duties and return conditions.
Compliance
Unlawful, inconsistent, unverifiable or unacceptable operations may be refused. False customs information and circumvention are prohibited.
Customer information
The customer must provide accurate payer, recipient, destination, end-user and purpose information.
Legal review
Product-specific terms, payment instructions and any search fee are valid only in the applicable quotation or contract.
